All the vehicles in the showroom are immaculate, reasonably priced and absolutely no pressure from anyone for a sale. After looking at several cars we chose to take the Edge for a test drive and then had no hesitation to buy. Fair price for our part ex. Two weeks after picking up the car we had a light come up on the dash, called TVS and the car was seen the same day, parts ordered and booked in to be fixed. We live some distance away and Clive was very helpful at every stage - arranging to reserve the car until we were able to view it, with information and a test drive on the day we visited, and then arranging for delivery on a day and time that suited us. Purchased an Isuzu dmax Utah recently . On arriving at the unit we were amazed to see all the cars in pristine condition. TVS have their own workshop and all cars are checked and valeted to a very high standard. We agreed the sale and the trade in of our own car which we were very happy with. An MOT was carried out before collecting the car. Everything was just made so easy even down to all form filling, road tax etc. A first class service by Jonathan Clive and John well done to all! We will definitely be recommending TVS to our friends and family. Just so reassuring that there are still genuine car traders like TVS given the scary stories we hear nowadays.

I have had a bad experience of car sales and car sales in general in the past. However, Clive from TVS has restored my faith. Really pleased with the car I bought (Audi Avant Sport) . I must say, after a few bad car buying experiences I was sceptical when it came to replacing my car. After much hunting around I came across TVS. Clive instantly put my mind at ease and after viewing a car on their website, invited me to their showroom. I travelled 80 miles to view the car and I was not disappointed! The car was immaculate and exactly as described over the phone. Once there, we were free to look around the car and test drive it with no pressure at all. Clive kindly agreed to provide floor mats and locking wheel nuts at their expense. A sale was agreed and at my convenience a date was arranged for collection. Upon my arrival the car was freshly valeted and prepared. The paperwork taken care of within a matter of minutes. Two weeks with the new motor, all is well. If you are looking for a quality vehicle, with pressure, hassle free buying and great customer service, look no further. I will be returning for my next vehicle!

Brilliant from start to finish. Really accomodating, looking for a car big enough for a large dog to travel in the boot. Clive let us take our dog along for size test!! Stayed open abit later for us to view mid week. Looked at various cars that are for sale and arranged a test drive. All the cars are showroom presented (gleaming inside and out).
No hassle selling, left to look at the cars but staff are on hand to offer any advice or history for the vehicles.
Unsupervised test drive. All Covid measures being followed.
The unit is immaculate too... an all round good experience, the main dealerships and big car supermarkets would benefit from taking a look at how TVs offer their customer service.
Warranty offered. Swift purchase and drove away same day after test drive.

VW CADDY

Unfortunately the clutch slave cylinder went on my van whilst on holiday for a week in Shropshire. I phoned up so many garages which were fully booked until the next week which wasn't going to help my situation. Fortunately TVS, although being super busy and fully booked aswell they were kind enough to fit us in! Luckily for me changing the slave cylinder is a relatively straight forward and non expensive task on my model/year van. 24 hours and my van was back up and running! They even delivered it to the holiday cottage I was staying in 15 mins outside of Bridgnorth so I cannot fault their service! Without their help we would have been stranded and the holiday ruined! Thanks again!

From start to finish the customer service and communication was second to none. I mainly dealt with Clive who couldn’t do enough for me, he answered all my questions even looking on line and at the vehicle whilst I was on the phone to get the answers. I was feeling pretty nervous buying a car in lockdown without being able to see it and test drive one. I got in contact with TVS CARS and they made me feel at ease they forwarded me a live video of the car inside and out. Any questions I had it was easy to contact one of the colleagues at TVS cars through WhatsApp and was easy to contact and communicate. The process was very easy even buying a car sitting at home. They had safely delivered the car to my home address and it was all safe and a cleaning process happened when they delivered the car so it was all safe in lockdown. I would fully recommend TVS CARS. The car came just as I expected and I love it.

Everything well laid out and presented. Cars well spaced and unlocked so you can look at your leisure. Really friendly bunch of guys, no pushy sales whatsoever, just casual chatting.
